RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Olive Lane Interiors, we want you to be delighted with your modern Oushak rug. If it’s not the perfect fit, we gladly accept returns of eligible rugs within the guidelines below.

Eligible Returns

  • In-stock rugs (“Ready to Ship”) – returnable within 10 days of delivery.
  • Custom or made-to-order rugs – non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
  • Final Sale items – not eligible for return or exchange (clearly marked on product page).
  • Defective or damaged rugs – eligible for full refund or replacement (see below).

Return Conditions

  • Rugs must be in original condition: unused, clean, free of stains, odors, pet hair, or wear.
  • Tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Slight size or color variations (common in handmade rugs) are not considered defects and do not qualify for return.

Return Instructions

  1. Email info@shopolivelaneinteriors.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization.
  3. All return rug(s) must be professionally packaged and shipped via FedEx or UPS.
  4. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Tracking details must be provided within 3 days of initiating the return.

Restocking Fee & Refunds

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection.
  • If the returned rug does not meet condition standards, the refund may be reduced or denied.

Defects or Damages

If your rug arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopolivelaneinteriors.com with clear photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping costs).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be accommodated if the desired rug is in stock.
  • Standard return shipping and restocking policies still apply.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
